Kok Wai Tse of Hong Kong won the 100K in 9:24:56, 14 minutes ahead of Jantaraboon Kiangchaipaiphana of Thailand, and Natalia Mastrota of Italy won the women's race in 12:29:09, 13 minutes ahead of Shi Jing Hou of Taiwan. 343 of the 388 starters finished.
