Robert Ressl won the 2026 Siskiyou Out Back 100K in 10:25:18, and Annie Behrend won the women's race in 12:35:08. Ressl was sixth at seventeen miles and did not lead until past halfway, after Tyler Juza and Dakota Buer had traded the front between them through the first thirty-five. Buer held second by 19 seconds from Ian Wildermuth. Behrend led at every timed station and won by 40:37.
