Two course changes in the Vallée d'Aure, published before the start and affecting the Ultra Tour, the Tour des Cirques and the Tour des Lacs. The descent from the Col de Portet to the Pont de Bayul now goes by Espiaube, the Crête de Coudet and Lias, the line the Tour du Bastan and the Tour du Moudang already take, and the last kilometre into Vielle-Aure takes 200 metres of road before rejoining the Neste. The race gives outside constraints as the reason and leaves its published distances and climbs unchanged. The Tour du Moudang and the Tour du Bastan run their normal courses.

How it went

Benjamin Tremont won the 2026 Grand Raid des Pyrénées Ultra Tour in 25:22:52, and Camille Lescuyer won the women's race in 29:16:08, eleventh overall. Victor Maes took the Tour des Cirques in 17:04:50 and Coralie Aubrey the women's race in 20:17:49, fifteenth overall. Hugo Bucciarelli won the Tour des Lacs in 10:03:45 and Laura Galletaud the women's race in 11:50:45, sixteenth overall.

Gaetan Bizat had won the Tour du Moudang in 7:10:14 on Thursday and Nathan Bianeis the Tour du Bastan in 5:34:33, with Salomé Grihon and Marlène Vannesson taking the women's races in 8:15:44 and 6:44:34.

Elise Godard and Morgane Lelievre finished the Tour des Cirques together in 22:53:45 and share second place. The Tour des Lacs was the tightest of the week's five wins, Bucciarelli taking it by two minutes and twenty-two seconds.

Half the Ultra Tour finished: 357 of 716 starters, against 523 of 701 on the Tour des Cirques and 1,046 of 1,224 on the Tour des Lacs.
