About
The Fat Dog 120 crosses the Cascade Mountains of southern British Columbia, point to point, and finishes in E.C. Manning Provincial Park. The 120-mile race, about 124 miles, starts at the Lakeview Trailhead in Cathedral Provincial Park near Keremeos and climbs roughly 26,000 feet through remote backcountry with long stretches between aid. A 100 km covers the back part of the course.
The 120-mile starts at 10:00 a.m. Friday with a 48-hour cutoff; the 100 km starts at 8:00 a.m. Saturday with a 26-hour cutoff. Both count as Western States 100 qualifiers, the miler under 48 hours and the 100 km under 22. The weekend also holds 70-mile, 50-mile, 40-mile, and 30-mile races.

Point-to-point through the BC Cascades to E.C. Manning Provincial Park. The 120-mile, about 124 miles with roughly 26,000 feet of climbing, starts at the Lakeview Trailhead in Cathedral Provincial Park at 10:00 a.m. Friday and holds a 48-hour cutoff. The 100 km starts at the Cascade rest area on Highway 3 at 8:00 a.m. Saturday with a 26-hour cutoff.
