About

The Zion 100 starts at the edge of Zion National Park and crosses red-rock mesas and desert on a mix of technical singletrack, dirt road, and slickrock, under thousand-foot sandstone cliffs. The 100-mile climbs about 10,481 feet; a 100K runs the same day, along with a 60K, 30K, and trail half, and both ultras draw a large field.

The 100-mile starts at 6:00 a.m. and holds a 36-hour cutoff. Both the 100-mile and the 100K count as Western States 100 qualifiers.
