About
The Never Summer 100K runs almost entirely inside State Forest State Park, from the Gould Community Center, between the Never Summer Mountains on the northern edge of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Mountains north of Cameron Pass. Gnar Runners puts it on, and it earns its altitude: 65.7 miles with 14,500 feet of climbing, high in the Colorado Rockies. A 60K shares the weekend.
The 100K starts at 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday in late July and holds a 24-hour cutoff. It fills every year, and a finish counts as a Western States 100 qualifier.
